Exclude overhead for labor items

For those that use warehouse overhead to calculate warehouse items, Labor items shouldn't calculate warehouse overhead, or at least make it optional.

This has been completed in the upcoming 23.10 release which should be available 1/8/2024. We've added the ability to specify the over head amount by adding an additional commission type in the global config.

Summary
Currently when adding a labor item, overhead is added to the cost. I am requesting a way to exclude items with icsp.status = L
This is freight, service, labor etc.
Workaround
Use a direct line.
Proposed Solution
In Global Config add an option in the commission tab that allows labor to be excluded from OH.
