PJM has no functionality to calculate taxes. The only way we can get taxes is send it to CSD, let them calculate it and then show it on the Order.
Another possibility is an integration to Avalara. They are a tax service and could do it based on address and zip code. But the integration would need ot be written from scratch and financed.
